Hello! I'm Jaclyn. I recently moved to Tucson from Michigan and am currently a graduate student at the University of Arizona. While I have none of my own at the moment, I grew up with dogs (both very big and very small dogs) and have spent a lot of time caring for them. I have experience with working dogs, rescues, purebreds, etc. and know every animal comes with their own unique challenges and joys. I enjoy working closely with both dogs and their owners to make sure individual needs are met, and am happy to tailor my approach to any situation. From small puppies to senior doggies, I can keep your dog active, keep up with training, or just offer lots of love and companionship. I teach remotely during the week and have plenty of morning, afternoon, and evening times available to spend with your doggy. I have a fenced-in yard, and live right next to the park. Jaclyn was great with our two dogs! When we got home from a week vacation, our dogs were comfortable and our house was just as we left it. Couldn't be happier with Jaclyn as a dogsitter, would highly recommend her to everyone!
I had the opportunity to care for a hobby farm in Montana with Jaclyn for a few weeks while the owners were away. In addition to the house and barn, we tended to two dogs, two cats, and four horses. Jaclyn has a natural affinity for all animals, but her heart is with dogs. The way she kept their interest, gave them the necessary attention according to individual needs, and coordinated with the other animals on the farm was nothing short of spectacular. It's clear that Jaclyn has the love and experience you would expect from a lifetime dog friend.
I am SO fortunate to have Jaclyn as my neighbor. Raia (my dog) LOVES her and Jaclyn honestly loves Raia. It's so cute - Raia will be out in the yard and I'll hear Jaclyn come outside, see Raia, and *always* with so much genuine love and joy go: "Raiaaa! Hiiii Raia!"... it's just so sweet. If Jaclyn is sitting out in the yard at the table, Raia sits right in front of her guarding her from all the squirrels that may try and attack ;). Jaclyn really has a way with dogs and they seem to love her. She's patient, kind, loving, and responsible with Raia. I'm in law school, so sometimes I need to stay later than anticipated. Jaclyn has a copy of my keys and is always willing to help if she is able. I never worry about Raia when she's with Jaclyn. I HIGHLY recommend Jaclyn to anyone needing help with their pups!

A walk in the park! If you live in Sam Hughes, and your pup can be off leash, Himmel Park is, of course, a favorite. I am not spectacular at throwing frisbees, but balls and ball throwers, I can do. Also just as happy to do long walks around the neighborhood.
