Hi! My name is Jaclyn and I would love to be your pet-sitter! I love all pets and have had multiple cats, dogs, and handheld pets throughout my whole life. I am a 24 year old New Orleans Native with a BS in Biology and Psychology from The University of Alabama and a Master's Degree from Tulane University School of Medicine. I also will be attending LSU Medical School in the Fall. I am currently working as a Medical Assistant for a Hand Surgeon in New Orleans. I have raised dogs from birth to the end, as our golden retrievers blessed us with a litter of 8 unintentionally. We raised and homed puppies, keeping two of our own, the remaining pup being 12 years old. She may be a senior dog, but she still acts like a puppy! I love dogs and have had numerous over my lifetime, as well as pup-sitting friends' and family members' dogs while they were away. I am definitely an animal person. I also love all sorts of cats and know that each one has their own personality. Some are shy, others are sweet, and some are maniacs! I am very versatile and handle various situations with care. I have volunteered through local shelters for years, as a foster parent and donor. I am also great at following directions, communicating with pet owners, and am rather intuitive. I know I would be able to do just about anything a pet-parent could ask! I work well with all sorts of animals, am trustworthy, friendly, and competent.
