I hired Jaclyn J. to watch our two puppies (Maple and Willow) from 230-9 pm while I was at a family member's wedding. She started off by showing up 15 minutes late which made us late to the wedding. Then while we were at the wedding, she texted us saying that she would have to leave an hour early because her friend had something come up with another dog. I did not want to leave my family's wedding, but I didn't want my dogs to be left home alone, so I told her that, if I had to, I could try to come home early; she didn't respond. Then, 50 minutes before we were due home, I received a text that she had left the house and the dogs were alone. Our two dogs are both puppies, one eight months old and one 3 months old. The 3 month old has never been left home alone and was in a veterinary cone because she had an injury on her head. We explained to Jaclyn that the cone could also be dangerous to the other puppy because when the two wrestle, the cone could really hurt her. We even instructed her to separate the puppies if they want to rough house because we didn't want anyone getting injured. I can't explain the level of anxiety I had driving home from that wedding not knowing what was happening with my dogs. I was so afraid I'd come home to ruined furniture, or worse, an injured puppy. She claims to have dog sat many times and also works at a vet. I can't imagine why anyone with veterinary experience would leave an injured 3 month old puppy at home alone. And even if she wasn't injured, I paid for her time until 9 o'clock and she tried to leave an hour early; she did actually leave 50 minutes early. It was unfortunately a horrible experience.

Jaclyn was very knowledgeable and took good care of our two Siberian Huskies including one with epilepsy. She also took great care of our house.
