I was a professional pet sitter for 16 years, then left the business while I prepared to be a mom. My son is now 7 years old and he is sweet and gentle to animals. We had two dogs and recently lost them. We are all heartbroken! We want to invite dogs into our home for us to watch and visit while we wait to get another dog of our own. Must be good around kids. Your dog will be lovingly cared for in our home. I work part-time but am trying to work as little as possible so I can be as much of a full-time mom as I can. I will be your dog's mom too while you are away! My husband also adores dogs and works full-time from home. Your dog is allowed on our furniture and has free range of our home. We don't have a doggy door but we have a wonderful big backyard and we are home a lot to let your dog(s) out. We love to walk! We can give medicine, brush your dog, respect your wishes and dog's dietary needs to share food or not, and otherwise just make him/her a part of our family while in our care!

Jacky and Alex were great. They were so nice and took care of our dog so well. They sent pictures a couple times a day. Their son was great with our pup and played with her often. Thank you Jacky and Alex.
Cali loved it over there! They sent me pics and messages daily about her. They have a huge yard and child that gets along with dogs great. I would recommend them to anyone.
Jacky and Alex are the best!! They were willing to watch our 8 month old puppy, whom we have never left before, and they made Makana feel like she was part of their family. We loved receiving all of the pictures and hearing how Makana was doing, which she was having a blast with their son❤️ We will definitely have Jacky and Alex watch our girl again!

I have paperwork I would ask you to complete with many questions about your dog's feeding, pottying, walking, playing, brushing, sleeping, and obedience behaviors that you would want to continue while in our home. The forms are very detailed to help you remember to give us all information you think is important to know.
A typical day
We will start the day with a morning walk, then feed your dog(s) their breakfast. Then it's off to school for our son! One of us would be home. Then, my husband and I would work from home most days and let your dog(s) out to run and play in our backyard whenever they wish. Our son would be back after school to play, too! He loves to play and snuggle with dogs. More running time in the evening, perhaps another walk, and then dinner for your pup. Bedtime would be in our master bedroom or in DJ's room and they'd be safe and snug for a good night's sleep!

Availability
Alex and I are available much of the day between the two of us. We both work mostly from home, although I do some personal training for clients in their homes on the side. I work away from home maybe 15 hours a week, and almost never more than 4 hours away at a time. My husband is home more than I am and he enjoys pet care, too!
