Pet care experience
Hello, I work as a caregiver and an am CPR and 1st aid certificated along with having professional experience in medication administration. Most of my pet experience comes from having my own pets as well as helping to care for family pets while growing up. I grew up helping to care for the geese and dogs and as a teen, I had fancy rats, a cat, and a (family) dog I was responsible for. As an adult, I have my own pets and believe in positive reinforcement training with my cats and dog. I administer my own pets medicine as needed as well as do most of their grooming myself.

As a caregiver, I understand the importance of a clean, safe space to live and work in. I clean as I go and always do a room check before and after cleaning to ensure I got everything. When out in the community, I always check my surroundings and am mindful about what's on the ground and what's going on.

A typical day
My own dog loves to play fetch and go for walks along with going to new or familiar dog friendly places. My dog enjoys going for car rides and stopping off at local (favorite) coffee shops to get treats from there. When we are able to we go to sniffspots, lakes, rivers, beaches, and forests for play time and exercise. When at home, I'll make food puzzles for her and freeze lick mats with different (favorite) wet dog food.
