Having been the primary caregiver of at least one dog my whole life since I was a child and now primary owner of 3 dogs and part owner of two, I’ve gained wonderful experiences as a dog lover and companion. This experience has taught me the critical importance of maintaining the balance between joyful play and obedience and respect. I’ve got experience with all kinds of dog behavior and personalities and feel confident your dog and I will have a great time. I am a medical student who primarily studies at home, so I will be able to frequently attend to your dog’s needs to keep them comfortable and entertained. However, previous experience has shown that I generally come second as the primary entertainer, this role is generally handled by my personal dogs (3). All of my dogs have been frequently socialized from a young age and behave wonderfully around other dogs and people. Particularly my dog, Roux, who is a social butterfly and hasn’t met a dog she didn’t instantly become best friends with. Activities include trips to the park and/or pond, car rides, walks, fetch, and of course plenty of belly rubs. Your dog will be exercised, well fed, and happy as ever when they’re handed back over to you. I know how particular we can be about our fur babies, so any special requests can be met within reason.
