We hire Jackson to walk our dog for three consecutive days. The first two days everything went great but the third day Jackson never showed up and failed to let us know he wouldn’t be able to walk our dog. We didn’t find out until the end of the day once we realized we didn’t get any notifications from Rover. Needless to say, our 6 month old puppy was in his cage for 9 hours. If you hire Jackson, I would make sure to set clear expectations to notify you before he is scheduled to walk your dog if he can’t make it. I think he is good person and made a mistake but our dog had to suffer because of it.
