Random (but relevant), In addition to owing and caring for pets my entire life (fish, dogs, cats, a turtle and a snake), I have zoo-keeping experience! I lucked out and somehow managed to get work the reptile zoo in Monroe when I was in middle school. I volunteered there every weekend until starting high school! Taking care of so many different animals, from alligators to rabbits and everything in between, gives me a leg up (no pee joke intended) in taking care of any and all fur babies, big, small, hyper, couch potato… you name it!

A typical day
As a runner, if the dog is up for it, I love nothing more than taking furry friends out for a long distance runs to burn off energy! My favorite places to go for some exercise at this moment both Lincoln Park and Alki, or if it’s not close to rush hour, Discovery Park. If running isn’t your pups favorite activity, frisbee, gentle walks, or fetch are usually my go to substitutes!
