Reviews
Jackson and his team are very thorough in keeping my pups happy and healthy while they’re away from home! I will definitely keep coming back.
Wow. Just wow. Great care of our doggy. Jackson was professional, caring, and great communicator. We got photos while we were away and updates. Will be using them again.
Excellent communication throughout our dog’s stay. We loved getting the photo updates!
I felt comfortable and my dog did well there.

Please bring their food, walking gear, and any medications. We ask that you not bring bedding of any kind for sanitary reasons. We have many crates of all shapes, sizes, and purposes so no need to bring theirs from home. When bringing collars and leashes please try to bring a leash that is NOT a retractable one - this is for safety! Please bring a copy of your dogs vaccine records, or have your vet email us a copy to keep on file. We require the 3 core vaccines. Rabies, distemper/parvo and Bordetella. We do recommend lepto & Flu but they are not required.

Information Jackson L. would like to know about your pet
We always require all food and medications be brought as we do not provide those. Is your pet crate trained? Do they have any triggers? What is their typical daily routine? We normally do not do any meet and greets with owners at our home for security reasons. Please understand that although this is a business, this is also our home and we do not want to sacrifice our privacy and put ourselves or any of the dogs at risk. What we do instead is a “trial” day of daycare at our home to see if it’s a good fit and if your pet and everyone is comfortable! If there are any other questions that you have for us, please feel free to give me a call.

Availability
We are a small-scale dog daycare and boarding business operating out of our home in Garfield Park. What makes us the right fit for your pet is that we provide the exercise and socialization they need (based off your dogs preferences) in a safe and controlled environment. Traditional boarding facilities may leave your pet in run or a kennel for extremely long periods of time with little play or attention. Other sitters may offer that playtime and exercise, but they may fail to realize when your pet needs a break or they are uncomfortable in a situation with too many dogs running around them with no control. We understand that dogs can't talk, but you'll understand how much work we put into each client when you see the joy in their smile at pick up and their excitement when you drop them off the next time! We do take multiple dogs at once (pending the date, who they are etc) so if your dog needs to be the only dog in our care we might not be the best fit but happy to help you find that! Keep in mind that we have strict pick-up/drop-off times but we may accommodate for special circumstances such as delayed fights, or ones that are earlier/later in the day. Just let us know in advance. Time blocks are: 6am-8am, 11am-1pm, 5pm -7pm. Some days the time blocks might differ but we will let you know of that before booking! We guarantee an update every other day with photos on how your pup is doing, we do strive to send photos and updates everyday but our priority is spending all of our time caring for your pets and making sure they are healthy and happy!
