I have had animals in my life since birth; I can’t remember a time in my life that I didn’t have a cat or a dog. I learned how to properly care for my animals before I could even read or write. By the time I was 16, I was a vegetarian, active animal activist, and regularly gave money I earned from my after-school jobs to animal charities. After 35 years of experience, I feel like I have a unique ability to connect and bond with almost any cat or dog, regardless of their temperament. I have the patience and unconditional love one has for their own children for not only MY fur babies, but for other people’s too.

If you hire me to watch your animal(s) while you are out of town, I will want to know their usual daily schedule so that I can make sure they stay on the same routine. If they aren’t potty trained completely, please let me know so I can be prepared and help continue the training while they are under my care. I can provide baths if needed and will walk them up to 2x a day or take them to the dog park daily. Since I do work from home, I can bring my laptop over to continue to do my work from your home, which will give me a lot of free time to play with them at home and also give them lots of love and attention.

Please let me know if your dog is not potty trained and/or in training, what their normal potty times are (if any), if they are special needs, if they are allergic to anything, how well they get along with other dogs, if they are prone to chewing up common household items, if they require a lot of attention, what their feeding schedule is, and anything else that you think can help me care for your pups the best way possible.
A typical day
Depending on the weather, if you have a home with a yard I will ensure that they get adequate outdoor time. I will also make sure to take them out for at least two walks a day or to the dog park every day to keep them entertained and socialized. While they are under my care, they will be my number one priority and I will make sure to keep them happy and active to help keep them from falling into a depression from missing their owner.

I work from home because I run my own businesses out of the house, so I am able to dedicate as much time as needed to keep my animals entertained, happy, walked, and fed.
