Pet care experience
Nothing makes me happier than being around pets! I have had a dog in my life since the day I was born and I cannot imagine my life without my furry friends. I am also a first time cat mom and have come to love the companionship of cats. I am currently working from home which provides me with a flexible schedule and am looking for opportunities to walk, drop in, or watch your dog/cat in your home and just give your pet some extra loving!! I have been around dogs of all sizes, ages, and breeds and love them all but prefer medium to extra large floofers and do not discriminate against any breeds and have experience working and training puppies. Though I just recently started my journey caring for cats I have loved every moment of it.

Jackie was SO WONDERFUL. She watched our two, very (an opinionated greyhound mix and fiesty pit bull boxer pup) different, dogs for a long weekend. Jackie was diligent and got to know them both before sitting them. She was responsive, sent photos, could handle their big personalities, and they loved her.
Jackie is the best sitter I’ve had. She’s so diligent about making sure my fur babe has everything he needs & more. My cat is elderly and has special needs, and she never misses a beat on all the nuances of his care. Jackie had a deep love for animals, she’s super communicative, and has a great resume for caring of animals of all kinds. I couldn’t be happier!

I treat the pets I watch just as I would want someone to treat mine - with tons of love and affection! I know it can be stressful on pets to have their owners gone for extended periods of time or even just a few hours and love being able to make them feel comfortable and cared for.

I like to get a good idea of the personality of the dogs I watch/walk. Are they good with other dogs, how they are on the leash, feeding schedule, triggers they may have, etc.
A typical day
I love to take the dogs I watch on nice long walks around their neighborhood! Depending on the dog and skills they have I like to practice tricks for mental stimulation and love playing fetch or tug to get in some physical exercise as well or just hang out and pet your fur baby!

My work schedule is fairly flexible and I am able to work in visits or walk around my meetings if I am given enough notice!
