Pet care experience
I've grown up taking care of dogs for most of my life. Throughout my childhood to adulthood, I have been fortunate to have three well-trained, loyal dogs. I've learned how to handle a variety of situations, and always prioritize the safety of my pets. I aim to provide the same level of care for your dog that I would give to my own pets.

Jackie is my go to sitter and she’s the first person I reach out to when I’m out of town! She has such a sweet and positive energy and takes great care of my 2 year old pup :) She’s also super responsive and communicative, sending lots of pictures and updates throughout the day, which really helps me feel at ease. I highly recommend anyone to have Jackie care for your dogs. You won’t be disappointed!

Before each stay, I ensure that my home is dog-proofed. This involves vacuuming and mopping the floors, putting away any exposed cords, moving plants to areas that are out of reach, and keeping all bathroom and bedroom doors closed. I make sure they have a comfortable space to stay in with access to their food, water, toys, and bed. I'll establish a consistent routine for feeding times, potty breaks, and walks. Throughout their stay, I keep their owners up to date and ensure that all their needs are met. *Note: For days with warmer weather, my goal is to schedule walks during the early morning and evening when it’s cooler. If these times don’t work, I provide your pet with extra playtime as an alternative.

I'd love to learn more about your pets' habits, preferences, and favorite treats/toys/activities. Please provide detailed information about your pet's special care needs, including any medication requirements or allergies. This will allow me to provide the best possible care for your pet!
A typical day
I walk dogs twice a day, taking 15-20 minutes for the nearby route and 30-60 minutes at the park. Despite not having a yard, I live in a dog-friendly apartment building. Please note that while I will be the primary caregiver for your dog, my partner also works from home and is familiar with dog care. You can rest assured that your dog will rarely be left alone. When it comes to booking stays for multiple dogs, I typically only accept a maximum of 1-2 dogs per stay. To ensure peace of mind, I like to inform both clients and screen their pets for signs of aggression. Additionally, I have a pet gate that allows me to supervise playtime and ensure that both dogs have ample opportunities for rest and breaks.

I maintain a flexible schedule to match my clients’ and pets’ routines. If your pup is an early riser at 5-6 am, that’s perfectly fine with me! I’m also comfortable with early and late pick-up and drop-off times. Additionally, should you need to extend your trip, I’m more than happy to accommodate.
