Hello dog parents! My name is Jackie and I am a work-from-home dog mom that is reliable, experienced and super fun! My dog is my child so I take dog sitting seriously. I am your dog’s home away from home and your woofer would love spending time with me (and my dog Bullet if they stay at my place). I have always been an animal lover and have rescued several dogs and cats over the last 15 years. My personal experience, as well as professional, extends to handling various breeds and temperaments from energetic pups to wise old dogs. I also have experience with my dogs having major surgery, dietary restrictions, Addison’s disease, GDV (resulting in immediate emergency surgery), being attacked by other dogs, and much more. So I handle stressful situations very well. Bullet and I love to be outside and hike often and we love to bring other furry friends along with us. We also love just cozy cuddling at home too. So whatever your dog’s personality is and what they prefer, I can certainly accommodate. Bullet is a very large German Shepherd that gets along great with all kinds of dogs, whether they are small or big, high energy or chill. He is not very dominant or assertive. My availability is wide open and can easily adjust to last minute changes if they arise. Whatever you and your woofer need, I am your girl!

I've known Jackie for quite some time now and she's taken care of multiple pets for me throughout the years. These would be the only times I was able to travel without worry. Jackie has a love for animals that transcends the usual "OMG I LOVE DOGS". She respects their quirks, is patient, and invests a lot of time and effort to make sure they feel comfortable and safe in her care. She goes the extra mile, always finding it in herself to give more, even when she may not even have the time for herself. It's selfless but it's also what makes her extremely reliable. She'll always choose whats best for the animal, even if it means sacrificing her own time. My favorite story about Jackie is how big of a heart she has. I remember her adopting an elderly dog and giving him the life he always deserved, despite knowing it was always going to be short-lived. It's truly rare to find someone with this big of heart and responsibility for animals.
Jackie is by far my first choice whenever I need a dog walker or dog sitter. She's trustworthy, reliable, friendly and always keeps us up to date with how the dogs are doing. I don't know what I would do without her. I promise you will not be dissapointed !

A typical day
I love taking Bullet to FDR park to play fetch or go for a walk. In the mornings we usually do an hour long walk and then shorter walks in the afternoon. If we don’t go hiking, we take walks in my neighborhood 3-5 times a day. I have some mentally stimulating toys but always suggest you bring some for your dogo as well.
