Hi, there! I recently joined to share my home, love, and time with your fur babies. Rehoming dogs after the pandemic has been very common! My goal is to provide low cost service to help you navigate through life changes to help you keep your dog fur-ever! I understand that life can be a little hectic and with all the changes (work, school, health, families, etc) as much as we love our pets, we can’t always give them the time they so deserve! I work from home and I can fill in the love and attention your fur babies seek while you are away. I am a dog mom myself and have two friendly helpers that can give your pup an enjoyable time. They are Aki, a 3 year old neutered male Samoyed and Charlie, a 2 year old neutered male Golden Retriever. My dogs are vocal but friendly, energetic and sweet. I also volunteer at animal rescue that helps dogs from all over the world who have experienced abuse/torture so they can be re-homed to loving families here in Canada and the US. I will give your furry babies all the love they can get and treat them as if they were my own. I commend all pet parents who seek care providers for their pets during their absence as they deal with life changes. Thats true responsibility and I will be honoured to care for your pets!

I have a fully fenced yard and a 10x14 covered deck where we hang out a lot. My backyard has 3 matured maple trees so there’s a good balance of sun and shade for a comfortable and enjoyable outdoor playtime! At this time, I only take one furry friend at a time and they will wear a collar with an apple airtag for added security. Meet and greet are usually at 7:30 pm at my home. Thank you!

Hi -please let me know of any behavioural issues/special needs with your dogs. I can take care of your pets on a case to case basis, please discuss prior and give clear instructions on how to care for your pets. If not too complex, perhaps we can make arrangements! I am not a pro nor a trainer but I like good and clear INSTRUCTIONS. Unfortunately, if there’s history of biting and your pet is an escape artist, we may not be a great match.
A typical day
Walks in the neighbourhood including a park, playing fetch and tug in super private backyard and watching movies with my fur babies. Wading pool available until mid September (depending on the weather)

Availability
I work from home most of the time (Mon-Fri 10-6). We thrive in routines! DOGGO DAYCARE: ideal drop off time: 8:30 am (can include a 15-20 minute walk if required), 30-40 minutes morning backyard play. (My goal is to tire your pups before I start work at 10 am so they can nap until 2 pm) 2:30 pm 30-40 minutes backyard play. Once tired, rest time. Please advise at least 1 hour before pick up as your pups will be brushed and wiped (I use earth rated lavender wipes), if any skin issues or allergies please let me know! **TREATS for good behaviour! The treats I use are benny bully liver treats, chewmaster liver treats, freeze dried salmon, and performatrin ultra peanut butter biscuits.. they serve different purposes for my pups! If your dog is allergic to those, please pack only ENOUGH treats you’d like your pups to be given while under my care*** WALK: walk is 30 minutes in YOUR neighbourhood. If any, pls let me know of any training or commands u use while you walk them and I’ll try to apply them for consistency. Treats for good behaviour! DROP-IN visits: up to 2 hours (includes 20 min walk*, administer oral meds*, feed, play/cuddle, potty) BOARDING: please see doggy day care schedule PLUS below: 6 pm - feed (or as per your normal schedule) 6:30 backyard play/potty 7pm get 15 minute walk (each dog one by one) 8 pm indoor until bedtime Morning walks start as early as 5:30 am one pup at a time.
