Hello there! My name is Jackie and I live in Philadelphia! I'm originally from upstate NY but left home a little over a seven years ago to pursue my passion of cooking and began working on private and charter yachts as a chef on the east coast of Florida. I’ve recently moved to Philly and I love it!!! A little bit about me and my experience with animals, I grew up with German shepards my entire life and absolutely love all dogs. Their unconditional love for their family is truly a gift that can't be compared with much else. Some of the things I will do if pet-sitting for you and your family are take your pup to the park (if permitted), play in your yard with them/walk them around your neighborhood if you don’t have a yard, feed them if I am watching them during any hours that they are normally fed, potentially learn some new tricks, and relax outside if the weather is nice! I've been told that I'm amazing with dogs and I think it's because they can sense how much I love animals, especially canines :) I would make sure to feed and walk your dog before and after any shifts I may be working that day/week and then give them extra attention when I’m done with work :) play time in the yard/house and cuddles is always important and a priority of mine to make them feel safe and happy! I’m really great with pets and understand that every dog/cat is different and has their own individual needs and routine. I’m quick to adapt to these needs and find it easy to accommodate!
