Pet care experience
I have loved animals my entire life. Growing up, we had dogs, ducks, fish, rats, a ferret, cat, rabbit, and bird. (Not all at once!) I've grown up around almost every kind of dog you can imagine - from chihuahuas, to shorthairs, to mastiffs. In my own home, we have had dogs, fish, mice, a guinea pig, and a cat. I am a pet-lover through and through. While we can’t commit to another pet long-term yet, I would love to help take care of yours!

Jackie is the best! She spoiled my senior yellow lab Roger like he was her own and built a true bond with him. He had a great time and will definitely be staying with her again soon!
Jackie and her family were amazing! They took such great care of our dog while we were out of town for a week. Her communication is great and she sent lots of pictures and videos. Can’t recommend her enough!

How does your pup react to new people, children, and other dogs we may encounter on walks? Do they love to snuggle or do they prefer space? Any quirky behaviors to look out for (ex. counter snatchers)? Do you have rules you want maintained during their time with us (ex. stay off furniture)?
A typical day
Because I only take one dog at a time, you can rest assured that your pup will get my undivided attention while staying with us. They’ll have free reign in the house and are welcome to hop up on the furniture if they want. There’s a park down the street and many walking paths throughout Greendale. If they like to snuggle, there will be plenty of opportunities for that!

Availability
I am a stay-at-home mom to four school aged kids (ages 10-18), so I have lots of availability and flexibility during the weekdays. Weeknights and weekends we sometimes have activities, but usually we can work around them. PLEASE NOTE: Beginning June 24th, 2024, I will be returning to full-time work. From that point on, I will only accept boarding requests from returning clients.
