My name is Jacquelene, I am a travel nurse from Boston, Massachusetts currently working at Vidant. I am an animal lover, especially fond of dogs. I enjoy outdoor activities and exploring. I am currently working 12 hour days but I have a plethora of free time and miss having a dog around! Would love to offer my help and free time for someone who can't be around as often as they would like for their pup. I am optimistic, friendly, and outgoing. I have not had my own dog in recent years due to moving around but I am happy to spend time with any dog that needs some attention! My schedule is not a set schedule it changes weekly based off the hospital needs but I know which days I have off ahead of time.

Jacquelene is a caring and responsible person, as indicated in her career choice of being a nurse. When it comes to dogs, she has the utmost respect and love for all creatures. She gains from them as much as they do from her. Due to a family allergy, she keeps 2 cats as pets, but one day dreams of having her own "majestic and wise" golden retriever.
Jackie has an innate ability to connect with animals. Between her work at the stables with horses and general love for all things K9, she really is a perfect caregiver simply because of passion. If there any specific instructions with medication, diet and nutrition etc. she will study and follow accordingly while applying that persistent love and care! Highly recommended.

We have a very large yard and plenty of room for the dog to be accommodated for. We take walks often whether that be through our neighborhood of the greenway or on Washington waterfront, but getting the dog out and about is always a priority.

A typical day
Walking the greenway, explore Washington waterfront, explore nearby parks and rivers. Playing fetch and basic games with the dog comes as second nature. I love keeping dogs happy!

Availability
I work as a nurse on 12 hour days, so I will only be occupied 3 days a week at work. My fiancé is a fireman who also gets various 6- days off in a row and can help me watch dogs if needed. I am such a dog lover but somehow the dogs end up loving him more than me and it makes me jealous!! They always end up obsessed with him and not as much me!
