Pet care experience
I've had fur-babies all my life and treat them as members of my family. Yours will be treated as extended family members and probably spoiled! **I have a cat in the house who likes to play with dogs, if your dog isn't good with cats, its not a fit as its not fair to my little guy.

Jackie was wonderful. I felt badly about leaving our pup (Amos, standard poodle) but she made sure he fit in and regularly sent pics and email. And he made such a good friend with there (Levi) that I am not sure Amos really wanted to come back to us! :) I will definitely leave Amos with Jackie again.

A few years ago I had to put down my sweet Golden retriever (14yrs) and haven't been ready to adopt a new one yet. Before Covid, I had left my career to start a food business, but that was shelved due to the pandemic. Then I was diagnosed with a chronic illness (thankful I didn't start the biz!) so pet sitting was the perfect fit! Time with animals is JUST what the doc ordered. They really are angels on earth.

How they behave on/off leash when other dogs are present. Any health conditions/special diet/meds What are they "tell" signs that they have to go out!
A typical day
I love walking through the neighbourhoods and meeting other dog walkers and their fur-kids! Dog parks are always fun and I'm a huge fan of Bruce Pit! Make sure you prepare for pet for a giant love bomb, because I'm all about snuggles!!! For any older dogs - I have access to open outdoor spaces just outside my front door, so they don't have to go on long walks if they are unable to. I also have a fenced backyard, with only a few hours of direct sunlight in the afternoon, otherwise it's nice and shady.

Availability
Building my experience so I can start my own little business. I love all animals and it seems, most of the ones I've met have loved me back! ***Now providing day care for 1-4 dogs/ day. I do work part-time away from the home and on days I work, I leave by 4:40pm so day care would depend on if you can pick them up by that time.
