I am a huge animal lover who grew up with many dogs and cats, and now have a lovely dog and cat if my own. I currently have a large fenced in back yard in the middle of the woods with plenty of room to play! I previously worked for >5 years in animal care, and am trained to administer medicines and care for special needs dogs (including elderly dogs, paraplegic, etc). I love playing with pets, whether it's tossing a ball, walking, running, or sometimes even kayaking! To me, a tired dog is a happy dog. :) I know it's tough finding leaving your pet behind, and I strive to make them as comfortable as possible until you return. Looking forward to meeting you and your pet soon!

Jackie takes the best care of Max. I feel that he has never left my side. I is relaxed, has fun and comes home is great shape. I have never felt so comfortable heaving Max with someone when I am away. Thank you Jackie again for taking such good care of Max.
Our large Bernese Mountain dog, Gus, adapted to Jackie and her sweet dog, Luke, easily. We have had past issues with Gus not eating and reports of crying at night when staying at local boarding facilities, which leads to a week of pouting!! This was definitely not the case under Jackie's care. Gus seemed so comfortable with Jackie and her dog, making himself right at home in her shaded back yard and on her couch. While we were traveling, Jackie even sent pictures and updates of Gus' demeanor. It was such a positive experience for all of us. Would highly recommend!
Jackie's calm demeanor and obvious love of dogs immediately set my mind at ease. I didn't worry at all the whole time I was gone because I felt confident that my dog, Isaac, was in excellent hands. And I think he had a good time, too!
When my dog Kenan came home from Jackie's after a 4-night stay, she was a happy, tired pup! Jackie took care of Kenan like she was her own dog and sent photos and text updates on how she was doing. Kenan enjoyed playing with Jackie's dog Luke and running around her big, fenced-in backyard, which was a huge plus for my active, energetic pup. I would gladly have Jackie take care of Kenan for any future trips!
