I was born and raised in Michigan where we had a lot of land and lived on the lake so all of our dogs growing up always had the best quality of life. I know California is a bit trickier with smaller homes and no yards, but I currently have a shepherd mix named Henry who is my #1 priority and spend all my free time with and if you ask anyone who knows us- he’s living his absolute BEST LIFE here on the golden coast. He’s sweet, smart and friendly and gets along with other dogs. We go down to CDM almost every day to splash it up in the coves and frequent the local parks in the area. I’m here to help out others who would like their dog to join in on me and Henny's SoCal adventures! I work from home so I’m able to be with the dogs all day and walk them/let them out whenever they need. I am only willing to watch one dog at a time so I can ensure they get all the love and attention they need. Henry also loves having a buddy around! Back in college, (Arizona Wildcat) my roommates and I raised guide dogs for community service so I learned an extensive amount about training and caring for dogs. I’ve owned large dogs my entire life and know how to handle them on a leash, especially with other large breeds. I know when to let dogs "speak their language" and when to step in. Well-versed on how to handle/avoid dog confrontation or alpha issues.
