My name is Jackie and I am a pet-loving Buffalonian! I grew up with dogs, and a cat, and some fish and hamsters and have always loved animals! Although I’ve never met a creature I didn’t love, I definitely consider myself a “dog person!” I can’t get enough of them and love meeting and learning about all different breeds. Prior to joining Rover, I had been a dog/cat sitter for countless coworkers, friends, and family members over the past 20 years. Most appreciate that I am willing to stay in their home where their pup feels comfortable, but I have also hosted animals in my own home, which I enjoy just as much! I welcome all sizes and all age groups! While I love to run and play with dogs who love to do so, I also love to just relax and chill, which some dogs, especially older pups, may prefer. I don’t currently have a dog of my own so I always welcome any opportunity to spend time with them! I have a nice-sized backyard that is private and quiet -it is not fenced in, but has a porch where a long lead can be securely attached to so dogs can roam and explore!
