I’ve been taking care of animals for awhile with a dog of my own. I have many years of healthcare experience ever since working my way from a CNA to LPN and now RN. Animals are my passion when I’m not helping people.

I have worked with many leashes and harnesses whether it’s with dogs or cats. I’ve even walked a Guinea pig! I am familiar with crate trained animals, those on a feeding schedule, medication administration, and am always willing to learn other things to keep the transition smooth between my care and the usual care from their pet parents!

Please do not be afraid to let me know if your animal has any special needs! I will always do my best to accommodate those needs. I am the type of person to ask questions if I don’t understand something as I consider myself a lifelong learner. Some simple things that I would like to know include the dogs’ feeding schedule, the dogs’ walking schedule, other things that they like such as cuddling under a blanket or sprawling out under a sunny spot.
A typical day
I love to go on nature trails during our walks! I will also go on neighborhood walks if that would make you more comfortable. I also enjoy stimulating games that challenge the animals’ mind. When in doubt I can always resort to a good game of fetch!

I currently work in the hospital but there’s always time in the day to take care of animals! Whether it’s a quick walk or lots of snuggles, I’m always down for an adventure.
