I have been if caring for animals my entire life having been raised with farm animals and show dogs, small and large breeds. My parents had a boarding kennel and I was raised in the business to tend to the boarded dogs and cats since I was born (which is almost 50 years ago!) Friends, family and clients have relied on me to care for their pets because of my experience and for the way I love them like their families do. I am self employed, and primarily work from home. Our household is now pet free so I have space to board, as well as the ability to walk your pets and do home visits. I take care of your pet the way you want them to be. I have a large fenced in yard. I can let them roam freely or spend time with them in the yard, I can take them for routine walks in the community, and/or walk them in your neighborhood or take them out in public to socialize as you wish. I can sit and watch TV with them at your house so they feel a sense of normalcy in your absence and I can take them for car rides if allowed. Your pet will get 18-20 hours of attention and care. My partner and I have 2 varying schedules, that allows pets to be with one of us as their sitter for at least 18 hours a day during the week and 24 hours a day on weekends less errand running times. That is full time care! We are awake from 6:00am to Midnight, and someone is always home weekdays and weekends with the exception of a few brief hours in the afternoons for errands. I have no pets, or children and a large safe fenced in back yard! Your pet is not allowed to be outside without one of us outside with your pet. And no walks during peak summer heat hours. All walks are with a bottle of water and the length of walks or backyard time are based on your pet’s individual physical fitness and abilities. I have had dogs my entire life until Thanksgiving Day 2021, and so now my home is filled with the joy of your pets. When I sit your dog, they are loved and cared for as my own were! And they will be busy and safe during their stay.
