Pet care experience
I will care for your precious fur babies like they are my children. They deserve no less care or attention. I am available in and around northeast Los Angeles, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, and Redondo Beach with a little notice. I currently take care of 2 large male dogs almost daily. The dogs - Diego & Oak - are with me at my house 2-3days/wk or I am at their home caring for them. They are a purebred Husky & a Husky/Shepard mix. They are strong, willful and playful and keep me on my toes. I love taking them out for adventurous walks up into the hills of Occidental College, around the Rose Bowl, or on the strand near the beach. I also have years of experience caring for my extended family’s pets including small dogs and cats. I’ve had and loved cats my whole life, just don’t have any at the moment. I’m experienced in administering meds from pills to medicine droppers to intravenous saline solution. My last two cats developed cancer late in life and I was their 24/7 nurse and care giver. I’d love a chance to help care for your furry family member wherever is most convenient for you. Thank you.🐾

I have complete confidence that my pet, Kaju, will have the best care whenever I need someone to watch him for a few days. My little white Maltese cries (with happiness) when we drive up her driveway. Kaju cannot wait to get out of the car & go into her home. He is jumping all over the place and the first thing he does is look for Jackie's kitty to play with. It wasn't always like this but Jackie knows how to calm both her kitty & my puppy to get along with each other. Now they are BFF's. Jackie also is good with larger dogs. She has full control over the 2 huskies that she dog sits whenever her friend needs a sitter....and it happens quite often. I cannot think of a better person than Jackie B. to care for my little buddy knowing he will be getting the best of care.

I won’t take any dogs that have a history of being aggressive toward or biting other dogs. All dogs are welcome with the exception of Dobermans and Pit Bulls. Had a few bad experience as a kid with both. Sorry.
A typical day
I live near Occidental College. The campus is perfect for dog walks. Lots of natural environments to explore and an outdoor auditorium built into the side of the mountain for us to run the stairs for exercise. Very few cars, just peaceful surroundings.
