Jacki has a special ability to communicate with animals of all breeds and backgrounds. She is truly gifted at connecting with each animal and their needs, as well as the needs of the humans who love them. She did an excellent job at caring for both of our dogs as well as being a conscientious member of the house while we were gone. She listened and asked intelligent questions before we left, she made sure to follow our instructions and communicate updates, and we trusted her to navigate any unknowns that arose in our absence. She sent pictures that radiated the emotional state of our dogs instead of just being a snapshot proving they were alive. I was truly at peace that my elderly dog was safe and happy while I was gone. I should also mention that one of our dogs is a little aggressive and Jacki had no issues with caring for and making sure that everything was peaceful between her and the other dog while we were gone. Jacki did what she said she was going to do and she did it well. She was a responsible member of the house and cared well for the animals and allowed us to travel peacefully because of that. I would absolutely use Jacki again and would recommend her no matter what the situation (i.e., old dog, young dog, a dog and a cat and a hamster, an animal who needs meds, an animal who needs to hike everyday, etc). Jacki was the next best thing to me actually being there to care for my fur baby, and that's something I have searched high and low for. Thank you Jacki!

I think Jacki might love animals even more than she loves humans. Be careful, your pets might leave you. But seriously, Jacki is enormously loving, responsible and caring. I would trust her with anything.
