We had Jacki and Alley watch our two babies Thelma Lou and Festus and cannot be more pleased with the service!!! This was our first time leaving our kitties and needless to say we felt really bad. Jacki and Alley took great care of our little ones! We received daily photos and were kept up to date with how our little ones were doing. It made our trip more enjoyable knowing that our babies were being well cared for!

We have a small dog with big care requirements. She had recently been diagnosed with epilepsy and struggles with other health issues as well. All of this means lots of very specific and frequent care needs. We had been handing her 24/7 care ourselves, but quickly realized it wasn’t sustainable. I was terrified to not only allow a stranger in our house, but trust a stranger with my baby. I finally got the courage to at least meet with Jacki and told myself that if I want comfortable, I didn’t have to go forward. From our first conversation, she made me feel way better about the idea. She came for a meet and greet and was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, trustworthy and most importantly... My dog instantly liked her. It was important to me that I am comfortable and my dog comfortable prior to leaving Chloe alone and in her care. Jacki was willing to come and hang out with us for an hour just to give Chloe some time to get to know her and adjust to her. Jacki is willing to continue doing that until we are all comfortable. She’s incredibly patient with both me and Chloe and her previous employment at the rescue clearly has shaped who she is today and the experience she gained while there is invaluable. She’s been extremely accommodating and willing to work with us and our needs. She’s also just a friendly person that has been easy to talk to and spend time with. I look forward to continuing our visits and am so grateful to have someone that can give us the flexibility to live our lives without compromising Chloe’s health, safety or happiness.
