I was very lucky that I chose Jack to take care of my cat. He is very caring and patient with all kind of cats. My cat was very fearful of everyone but Jack was great with him and was able to get my cat to trust him while I was away. Jack made me feel comfortable by sending me pics of my cat every time he will drop in and visit. Jack also sent me a message everyday to make sure I will be aware of everything happening with my cat. Jack is very trustworthy and I highly recommend him, you won't be able to find someone who will take care of your pet as much as Jack will do. Thank you so much Jack because of how much you made me comfortable while I was away and you were taking care of my cat 😊

I’m Jack’s fiancé and we are soon to be married. Right now we take care of 5 lovely cats together in our home in Vancouver. He has done incredible things for this family. For instance, when COVID happened and many people decided to leave their pets and return to their home country. He did not abandon anyone and instead used his little savings to arrange safe environments for them. During this time he continued to prioritize their needs over his own and eventually succeeded in bringing the back together with us the moment the opportunity came. For another instance, in our last move we had to quickly travel 3000km. For the safety of our cats, we opted to drive that distance instead of sending them in flight cargo. In general, I trust him very much and I’m sure our cats do as well.
