Pet care experience
I speak both Mandarin and English natively. I have extensive experience with baby cats (>2weeks), adult cats, and senior cats (>11 years). I understand their different dietary needs and behavior. I can spot the sign of illness/injury quickly. I have provided FIP injection treatment for my own cats. I also do have experience with dogs. I grew up raising a labrador. I am educated in dog & cat behavior and habits.

Jack is AMAZING! He took such good care of my pup. Took lots of pictures and videos, wrote a paragraph explaining the walk after each walk and he is very communicative. My dog seemed to love him! He didn’t just walk my pup, he played fetch with her, brought her to the river, and really cared for her. I recommend him to everybody! Clearly an animal lover :)

I was very lucky that I chose Jack to take care of my cat. He is very caring and patient with all kind of cats. My cat was very fearful of everyone but Jack was great with him and was able to get my cat to trust him while I was away. Jack made me feel comfortable by sending me pics of my cat every time he will drop in and visit. Jack also sent me a message everyday to make sure I will be aware of everything happening with my cat. Jack is very trustworthy and I highly recommend him, you won't be able to find someone who will take care of your pet as much as Jack will do. I am usually available on all days, including holidays between 7am to 9pm. I occasionally have commitments during weekdays between 9am-3pm, but timing details is always flexible!
