I live on 1.5 acres of property and take care of two very hyper dogs (GSP and Husky Mix). I know what it's like to train and take care of these big, hyper breeds. But don't worry, I don't forget about the little guys either. I have over 10 years of experience taking care of dogs- big and small, for neighbors, friends and family members.

Jack has taken care of many different kinds of pets for years. From dogs, cats, rats, snakes, rabbits, guinea pigs, and even an iguana. He is knowledge about animal behavior and does well at communication with pet owners on how they would like there animals routine to be set out in a day. Jack also owns 5 of his own pets so he understands the importance a pet truly has in a family. I would personally say that he would be a wonderful person to have to watch over any pet for any amount of time.
Jack loves all types of animals and is an amazing caretaker with a lot of experience. He is super mindful about feeding, walking, and medication schedules, and is always on time. I highly recommend him...5 stars!

When dogs are in my home they have the opportunity to enjoy all the best parts of being a dog. Forests, streams and trails are all a on or a short walk away from my property. I also have experience walking one of the most hyper breeds of dog, so I know how to handle all types of dogs. Typically I support good walking behavior through positive reinforcement methods, such as training treats.

A typical day
I have a large yard and access to a wooded, community-maintained trail across the street. The dirt road here has very little traffic so it's easy to walk the dogs across the street. Leashes are not required on the trail, though obviously this can be left up to the comfort of the owner. On the trail, your dog can experience fields of flowers, towering pine trees and roots, and a mountain stream. They can run around, dig, or splash to their heart's content. And no worries, if cleanliness is an issue I can do my utmost to get them clean afterward! There are also many other trails in this rural area where dogs can be comfortably walked on a leash.

Availability
I'm currently available for walks and check-ins all day Wednesday and Thursday, and in the mornings every other day. Monday: 8 am - 2 pm Tuesday: 8 am - 2 pm Wednesday: All Day Thursday: All Day Friday: 8 am - 2 pm Saturday: 8 am - 2 pm Sunday: 8 am - 2 pm However, if you'd like me to watch your dog at my house I am open all week due to my remote working schedule. Just please keep in mind that I have two large, friendly dogs, so I cannot take care of dogs who don't play well with others.
