Overall, jack was a good dog sitter. However, we had a frustrating start: I had an early flight to catch and Jack was difficult to reach that Morning despite the agreed upon drop off time, he didn't provide us with full instructions on how to get in to his apt complex which meant that we had to wait for him to repond. His rover number didn't work when I tried to call, not his fault but didn't help. When I finally got ahold of him he didn't seem to recognized the urgency in the situation. It bothered me a bit that he didn't seem to think that delaying me by 30 minutes was a big deal. During my dog's stay with jack though he was good about updating me and sending me photos. He was well prepared to meet us outside of the gate to his complex when we returned from the trip. he ended up apologizing for the problem from the first morning and I'm sure he'll be better prepared for the next dog that he watches (and the stressed out humans that are trying to catch a flight).

Jack was flexible. Really enjoyed having him take care of my pup. Thanks again!
