Dogs have always been my passion, helping me as much as I help them. I enjoy interacting with dogs at their natural level, often crawling around ground level with them. I trained and raised hounds with my grandfather for over 5 years, and I bring that experience and knowledge to every encounter with any animal. My own dogs, Luna and Belle, are great examples of the care and passion I put into dogs, usually able to walk without a leash in most areas without leaving a certain radius(always following leash laws in required areas of course). I have successfully trained my parents dogs, getting them accustomed to leash walking so they don't strain my mother. I greatly increased and strengthened their natural bond, inspiring their natural loyalty and willingness to work. The experience and passion together create in me a natural desire and longing to help both dogs and people while doing my best to foster their best relationship possible. Dogs love to learn, and they can teach you more than you thought possible. I deeply enjoy the connection and joy that comes with training and sitting dogs. Having a dog park on site allows me to spend more time training and playing with dogs, giving them a neutral and safe area to learn and frolic. My humble abode faces the park, meaning less accidents inside and better training opportunity. Clif, my recent stay, loves the quick access and the other dogs to play with and chase. He socialized quickly and was chasing toys with several playmates in no time. He even learned how to point to the door to get me to let him out, even when he didn't need to potty. Every dog will learn something new when they stay with me.

Every dog in my care will be treated as family, as if you never left. Your specific instructions will be followed to the letter, and you can rest assured I will treat them as one of the family. Your precious baby will have fun and learn new things every time they stay with me or get a visit. Any training with me is done with their natural instincts and your desired dog in mind. I believe in positive reinforcement and an assertive approach to your dog's obedience. They want a leader of their pack, and that pack is your family. Understanding their natural behaviours, and the causes of them, has allowed me to connect naturally with most dogs and put them on the path to obedience and happiness. If I can't improve your dog's behaviours I won't keep your money. You read that right. I will give your money back if your dog doesn't improve in my care.
