Pet care experience
My family has owned dogs my whole life. I grew up with a golden retriever, and my parents now have one male Golden. Finn is 3 years old and a very active dog who is obsessed with his frisbee. My sister also has a four and a half year old cattle dog mix that spends a lot of time at our house. I was involved heavily in training both of the younger dogs. My family has also owned rabbits and mice that I have cared for. I have also taken care of neighbors cats and hedgehogs. I have just finished my second year of pharmacy school, so I have open availability for this summer in Sioux Falls for walks, house sitting, and drop-ins. I unfortunately do not offer boarding services.

Jack is a great dog sitter! We have had him at our house multiple times and he has done an awesome job! He is responsive and knowledgeable, and it is obvious that he cares about our pets. Would highly recommend!
He came little early to meet with my dogs, which is cool so he can have a feel on how my dogs were, took a little bit for my young dog to warm up to him but he got there. Very nice, always communicating with me, and love the pictures he sends and the comments, he got my dogs figured out. I highly recommend Jack!! :)
Jack did an amazing job caring for our pups and cat while we were away for the weekend! We highly recommend him and will definitely use his services in the future!
Jack was wonderful with our dogs! He’s a real dog lover. He stayed right in our home which was great We knew the dogs were cared for well and we didn’t have to worry. Just before we left Foxy had to have some nodules removed from her eyelid, so she had to wear a hood and have medicine in her eye. Jack took good care of her! Also the house was very neat and clean when we got home.

I enjoy simple walks with dogs as well as throwing balls of frisbees for dogs in a backyard or dog park. I am willing to go on long walks if requested.

I am working about 15 hours a week spread between 3 days per week. I will be able to fit in time on my off days as well as before and after my shifts
