Pet care experience
I've grown up with animals my whole life such as dogs, cats, rabbits, and guinea pigs. Currently we have 3 dogs, one of which is old, Type 1 diabetic and blind, and I have given her insulin injections since she was first diagnosed. As a young kid, I dreamed of being an animal trainer and have taught my dogs many fun and obedient tricks. In addition to taking care of my own pets, I volunteered in animal shelters and a puppy rescue, where I would walk and feed and care for pups of all ages!

Izzy is a true animal lover and it's clear when she interacts with your dogs or cats. We treat our animals basically like furry kids and she gets that kind of love. She walks in our house and immediately is on the floor petting a belly while whatever dog is not getting attention jumps around her. Her attention to the details is huge... the girl loves a check list, and she's naturally a tidy individual, but the most important part for us and our 3 dogs is that she loves them like we do.

In my client's home, I would make sure that if the dogs were in the backyard, the fence was closed as well as making sure everything is how it should be. I have a great attention to detail, and by having fast and curious dogs myself, I understand the importance of making sure they are safe and not getting into anything!

It is important for me to know if there are any specific information to take care of your pet, especially in terms of medication and/or injections. With a dog who needs daily injections, I like to know the details, so I can make sure I am providing the best care.
A typical day
I love taking dogs on walks and playing with toys. My dogs really enjoy playing fetch to get all their energy out, so I love taking them to parks to go throw a ball.

Availability
I currently have just a part-time job, and so I still have lots of time to take care of pets during the day and well as in the evening. I love going on daily walks myself as well!
