I currently have a 40 lb goldendoodle (Piper) who is just over a year old. Both Piper and I are very active and would love to have other dogs around! Piper loves everyone but is an energetic puppy so please keep in mind that you dog will have to have a little tolerance for that puppy behavior. Previously I had a Wheaten Terrier who passed away at 11 years old. She was amazing but she was a handful who didn't get along with other dogs so I have experience with challenging personalities as well. Unfortunately though given the current dog I have, I can only take dogs that are dog friendly and will get along with her. I also grew up with three dogs and spent several years managing small local dog stores so am very familiar with dog nutrition and behavior. If allowed, I am totally down for cooking your dog gourmet meals (my pups favorite is scrambled eggs with cheese and greek yogurt) and my favorite thing in the world is hanging around with dogs and doing everything I can to make them happy. We live in a condo with lots of area to walk and a 10 minute walk from Quiet Waters park with a dog park, dog beach and more walking trails. I currently am working at home completely remote and generally take my pup out for a long walk in the morning and evening and about 2 potty breaks during the day.

Izzy made the process of caring for our pup turnkey from start to finish!!! She was easy to communicate with, made drop off and pick up a breeze, has a very clean home in a very nice community, and communciated with us throughout her stay! I truly cannot recommend Izzy enough: she is warm, welcoming and very evidently an animal lover. Perhaps the best part of boarding with Izzy is her puppy, Piper! My dog Ruthie and Izzy's pup Piper were as thick as thieves!!!! Can't wait for Piper and Ruth to be reunited during a future stay!
Izzy was laid back and calm with our energetic 1 1/2 year old dog Ginger. We reserved her time last minute on a holiday weekend. She was responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely board with Izzy again!
Before I plan a trip, I contact Izzy and make sure she is available. She is so responsible and loving to the dogs that I always know they will be in good hands so I can relax. One of our dogs is older and needs a special diet which has been no problem (as she use to manage a pet store and sometimes even makes helpful suggestions). It is such a relief to know our dogs are in good hands. Izzy goes the extra mile when it comes to our furry babies.
I would undoubtedly recommend Izzy to take care of any dog, or really any living being. She is extremely reliable and hardworking. She loves dogs and is dedicated to providing great, quality care for them. She has shown this through caring for her own animals. Watching her care for her own dogs, I've noticed how she always has them on a regular schedule with feeding and exercise, and gives them plenty of attention. In general, she is very attentive, trustworthy, loving, responsible, and a reliable communicator. I know that Izzy would take care of anyone's animal as if it was her own and highly recommend her.

Availability
I work remotely and can be very flexible with whatever your dog needs! We usually are out and about and taking long walks in the morning. I am a bit busier with work in the afternoons but can take lots of breaks for some play time or pee breaks.
