Lifelong dog lover excited to give your dog the exercise and attention it deserves! I have past experience walking and caring for high-needs and behaviorally challenged dogs that struggle with reactivity and basic manners, and I used to work as a volunteer dog walker at the Pixie Project. I am happy to carry out behavioral plans that you already have in place for your dog. I can walk or run with your dog locally within your neighborhood or we can drive to nearby parks and hiking trails - let me know what you prefer! Other than dog walking, I have worked for the past few years as treatment specialist at a psychiatric residential facility for unsafe kids and teens. I recently transitioned out of this job to complete a graduate program in marriage, couples, and family therapy.

It was my first time using Rover for my pup, Bobby, and I will say that I am very pleased. She left a whole thing about what they did and the picture she took of Bobby melted my heart. Nothing in my apartment was out of place and Bobby was sleeping peacefully when I got home. I will definitely be using Izy as a regular sitter. Izy was great! Our pup is very shy and nervous around people but she did really well meeting Izy. Izy was very patient with her and understood the extra steps it takes for nervous dogs to feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend Izy, especially if you have a challenging dog who needs some extra TLC.
Izy was great! Very easy to work with, and my dog who usually barks at everyone seemed to totally love her right away. I will definitely be booking with her again!
I feel so incredibly lucky and grateful to find Izy. I was uncomfortable with the idea of having a complete stranger hanging out in my home at all, let alone leaving someone with my precious pups. My concerns evaporated as soon as I met Izy. She EXUDES trustworthiness, capability, and profound kindness. Both of my dogs gravitated to her without reservation, and she was totally present and loving with them from the very first. I got texts and photos while I was out, and even those were exceptional because I have a pretty crappy camera. This whole experience was ideal, and I can't wait to book Izy's services again!
