Pet care experience
I was one of those kids who grew up in a veritable zoo of critters of all kinds, and I truly believe that life is better with animals! I’ve raised rodents, reptiles, amphibians, birds, and dogs… Dogs, especially, are simply the best creatures on this earth :) Any day with doggos is a good day! I've raised my own dogs from puppyhood till their passing of old age, and believe in the constant love and dignity in care for all dogs. I’ve dog walked and dog sat free-lance for friends, coworkers, and family for years. It would be an honor to care for your beautiful dog!

Iz did an incredible job caring for my pets while I was away, during multiple times. I had a high needs disabled dog with anxiety and they did a spectacular job calming him, getting him out to potty, and even sent me photos and updates that helped with my anxiety over leaving him. There are not a lot of people I would trust to care for my pets, but Iz is always top of the list. You'd be lucky to have such a thoughtful, compassionate, involved person caring for your pets and home.

It's important that your dog feels as comfy as they can while their family is away, so its important to me to keep the doggie routine as regular for them as possible, which means getting to know all their needs for their household. If staying at my place, I have a fenced-in yard with a grassy patch that has been home to many family dogs over the years (though no pets currently), and plenty of comfy couches to stay on while indoors! :)

Information Iz L. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know of any dietary restrictions that your dog has (like allergy to grains, chicken, etc.) and how they are with other dogs/animals/kids, to we know what to avoid on our adventures together! I grew up with pit bulls, so I'm especially aware of dogs with high-focus and lots of muscle (and I'll be prepared for that on our walks! ;)
A typical day
So much to see and do! A fun day with a dog includes a "sniffari" (a sniff safari!) at their pace, exploring parks and neighborhoods together on leash, and then of course, whatever their favorite toys are: balls to throw, kong toys to work out, or a tug-of-war rope! :) One thing they will not be short on is love!

Availability
I'm a college student who only works part time, so I'd be thrilled to make a dog walk or a doggy sleepover part of my schedule! Mondays 8am-8pm, Thursdays 8am-4pm. Some of my mornings and evenings are flexible, though, so please get in touch if there's another day/time you'd like! :) I'd love to make it work!
