We moved from Boston in June and had to leave for a wedding and knew no one in the area. Our dog walker doesn’t Board or House Sit so she recommended Ivy. At the Meet & Greet, we were impressed with how knowledgeable she was with dog behavior and even gave us tips. She’s amazing! Our Golden was well taken cared of. Ivy was a great communicator, sent us tons of photos and ...

Had an urgent trip booked the afternoon of my trip and needed a professional house sitter to look after my critters. I called a few dog walkers and trainers and I was given Ivy’s name. I’m telling you she’s a godsend!!! Professional, Communicative and an absolutely pleasant and warm person. Many thanks Ivy!!!

I made a last minute decision to go home for the holidays and needed to find someone to Board my 2 dogs. I met Ivy at Pet Food Express a few months ago as she was giving a doodle looking dog a bath. I thought it was her dog. The dog was so attentive to her and was following her commands. And thought to myself, I needed to find time to train my 2 dogs ...

Your fur babies are MY babies too!!

My goal is to insure your fur baby is just as loved as if you were home with them. They are family and technically, they are our babies who never grow up. Being in their company is a privilege and I cherish my time with them. Eventually, I'd like them to see me as the Aunt Ivy who comes and spoils them once in awhile.

I've only registered with Rover in December. However, I've been ...

What Ivy would like to know about your dog

Getting to know your FUR Babies:

1. Name, Breed, DOB
2. Daily Routine, Instruction on Care and anything else that is pertinent to make them feel comfortable.
3. Feeding Schedule, how much, how often and any special diet (treats etc.)
4. Any favorite toys?
5. Exercise Preferences (going on walks, dog parks, etc.)
6. Any medications they are taking? Frequency?
7. Any Allergies?
8. How are they on a Leash? How are they at an Off Leash Dog Park?
9. Are they affectionate?
10. Like car rides? If you need them in a crate for car rides please provide a crate otherwise, a car safety harness will be sufficient. I have the Kurgo Tether for safety.
11. How are they with other dogs? Cats? (In the event we come across them on walks)
12. Information on their VET and their vaccination history (if you want me to take them to the dog park.)

9. Cleaning Supplies (Paper Goods, Sprays etc)/Vacuum Cleaner Location etc.
10. Please make sure the keys you provided have been tested prior to my use.
11. Clear a shelf on your refrigerator and freezer for my use during my stay.

13. Parking Instructions and guidelines. Please leave a remote control for the garage for my use during my stay. Any costs for parking will be homeowner's responsibility.
14. House Sitting start at 7/8pm until 9/10am (roughly about 12 hours). If you need accommodations, please let me know ahead of time. I'm happy to accommodate additional drop in visits. When Ivy watches your pet

Depending on the dog parent's requests, I have taken fur babies to the dog park, dog beach, long hiking walks and schedule playdates with other fur babies. If cats like the outdoors, I have a harness they can use or utilize the their own. I'm happy to do this for them too.

I have taken cared of fur babies as a house sitter from San Diego, Santa Monica, Santa Barbara, Beverly Hills/Brentwood, Sacramento, Dublin/Pleasanton, San Francisco, Berkeley, Oakland, San Jose and many cities in between. When it comes to a trust worthy caregiver for your fur baby, I make sure they don't feel as though they were ever without your adoration for them. And when it comes to other house sitting needs, I assure you peace of mind.

House Sitting are from 7/8pm until 9/10 am. If you need special accommodations, just let me know.

House Sitting includes 1 fur baby (dog or cat) or a large sized parrot such as an African Grey, Cockatoo etc. and any additional caged pet such as rodents, small birds and aquarium fish. Larger reptiles as as Boa's, Iguanas, Monitor Liza
