Ivy was caring beyond our expectations. The dogs loved her and even our shy little sheltie warmed up to her and gave her kisses.

Ivy watched our pets for us while we went on vacation. She was our first experience with someone through Rover, and we couldn’t be happier! Following are some of the highlights from our experience with Ivy. •Responsiveness – Ivy was highly responsive any time leading up to the trip and throughout our vacation. She was always available to answer questions. •Reliability – Ivy was very professional and showed up when she said she would. Additionally, she was great at communicating her plans so expectations were set, and we felt in the loop while away from our pets! •Care of Pets – Without doubt, we could tell that Ivy cared for our pets as if they were her own. When we got home, it was the little things (litter boxes clean, updates on how the pets ate that day, full water bowls, notes) that made us sure our pets were being taken case of. We have an energetic boxer, and we could tell that Ivy played with him a ton, in addition to our two cats. •Communication – This area Ivy excelled in! She was constantly texting us updates on how their day was going, what activities they did, and the silly things our dog or cats did. She also sent us tons of pictures. Those pictures in combination with her updates and stories made us laugh and know they pets were in good hands. Leading up to the trip and after the trip, Ivy also sent tons of messages to confirm things and provide updates. Her messages were always friendly and professional. •Professionalism -Aside from her great care and communication, we could tell that Ivy conducts herself as a professional. She demonstrated respect for our home and pets, and took care of everything while we were away. Overall, we were very happy with our experience with Ivy and hope to have her sit for us again!
