Over the years I have loved and cared for fur babies large and small. I have had many rescued cats and a lovely rescued dog from young to old, in sickness and health. I have cared for feline kidney disease and an aging dear dog who lived to 16 1/2. I have managed fear aggression , separation anxiety, and assisted my grown children with foster dogs they have cared for. Our family was known for it's pet zoo which included Russian dwarf hamsters, guinea pigs, and a rabbit, in addition to the cats, dog, and a horse for the past 12 years. My youngest daughter is now a vet, which is handy for quick consults and also fascinating to learn more about understanding dog behaviour, as she specializes in dog behaviour and training without force. I have also volunteered at the Humane Society with my children, caring for cats and walking dogs. I am always the "mom", ensuring my pets have proper food, water, clean litter, proper blanketing (horse) , meds, exercise, etc. I love being able to help others to take good care of their fur babies.
