Pet care experience
I've been responsible for caring for dogs, cats, and (some) reptiles since I was 7. During this time I've worked with both dogs and cats since age 0 to the moment they go over the rainbow bridge. Professional experience coming from my employment at The Petnetwork Humane Society and Canine Country Truckee. During this time I've cultivated experience handling pets after surgery care and basic training, I am also able to give oral and topical medications from this experience as well.

Ivory is a true animal lover. She helped take care of our 20 year old care the way through his life until the very end. With her experience has a care giver for dogs and cats and her kind nature, I highly recommend her for any pet sitting.

I am unavailable to board your pet as I do not have the living space for it at the moment. I like to encourage happy healthy times for your beloved pet while you are away. Always making sure they have full bellies, clean potty spaces, and enrichment using treats(if that’s ok with mom/dad), exercise through play, and lots of snuggles & pets!

A typical day
A summary of what your doggy or kitty will be doing with me: Typically I like to spend at least an hour with drop by visits. During that time I will spend a bit getting to know your pet and saying hi, then feeding, and some good outside playtime for the doggos and some kitty play time for the cats. And a wind down before leaving.

Availability
I currently work 10 hour shifts so I have 3-4 days off every week! I am not able to board any pet at the moment because I have a small “petting zoo” at home (rats, cats, dog). However I am available to help with dog walks with low to moderate energy levels that get along well with dogs as I will be walking them with my dog Luna!
