Reliable Pet Sitter!
Pet care experience
Hello; My name is Ivette I have loved animals since I was a child and this love for animals has grown over the years. I own a cat and one dog, couple chinchillas and birds, all are very well taken care of. I am able to provide the same amount of love and care for your dog as I do it for my own pets. My comprehension of the needs of pets, especially those of dogs, is outstanding from feeding to walking them, I know it all. Moreover, I possess knowledge of vaccination schedules, therefore, would be able to effectively manage the appointments with the vet. I am also currently a Vet Technician, I posses skill for any kind of emergency situation, I'm also able to give any kind of medications such as oral meds, injectable or on skin treatments.
Reviews
We recently arranged for Ivette to take care of our Springer Spaniel, Shea, for the weekend. We met her a week or so before our departure so we all could get to know one another. We were impressed by the sweet, gentle nature she showed our dog and were pleased by her professional experience as a veterinary technician. Ivette texted us each day while we were gone, sent us pictures of Shea and informed us of the walks she took her on--Shea's very favorite activity. She left our house perfectly clean, and brought in the mail and newspaper. We would not hesitate to book her again. Thank you, Ivette!
Ivette was terrific. She definitely loves animals and it is evident. She was responsible, took good care of the dogs, sent pictures, and left the house clean. As someone who really knows animals, I felt really comfortable leaving her for several days with my two pets. I would highly recommend her.
Arranging the visit was easy. Yvette was responsive and helpful. It was our first visit. First thing Yvette did was take Rosie and her dog, Charlie, on a walk together so that they could get to know each other. A good idea. It seems clear that Yvette understands dogs well and has a great affection for them.
Ivette was great with my cats. She even got my scared one to come out and take his meds. I'm not used to leaving them with a sitter and she was patient with me and my overly detailed instructions. The daily pictures were great. She also left my house spotless. I'd definitely hire her again!

Information Ivette D. would like to know about your pet
When pets arrive at my house I give them a tour of my house, of course they will run around my home freely, throughout the day I spend most of my time outdoors, at the park, walking, hiking with your pet, there are times where I do work as a full-time Vet Technician there are times when I will bring them with me, but mostly they will stay at home. When I do take them to the hospital they get a chance to run around and play and be petted, they also get to meet other pets such as rabbits, guinea pigs, turtles, chinchillas etc. I enjoy dogs who are easy going, I do not take in aggressive dogs, but I'm willing to pet sit at your own home. I can pretty much care for any kind of animal. Your pet at my house will be treated like my own, lots of kisses and snuggles, and playtime. When I pet sit at your home I would usually spend some time with them playing and going for walks, care for their needs such as giving medication etc, they will be treated like my own pet.
A typical day
I like to go on hikes and bring the dogs with, I also love playing with them and running around outside, when we are tired we cool down in my couch and watch a movie together, Sometimes I do take them to the dog park to meet and play with other dogs. Hanging out with them and playing with them, teaching them new tricks, maybe relaxing and hanging on the sofa or floor. playing outside taking walks, running whatever is fun. When Owner drops off pet I do expect them to please be on time for drop off and pick up. Things I would want you to bring are: -Bowls for food and water -Food enough to last them through the stay -Favorite Toy -Favorite Chew bone -Treats -Leash with poop bags -Bed -Harness (I prefer a harness, because I want to prevent any neck injury, also it holds the entire body when they pull, and I can prevent slipping off collar) -Crate (if you have one) -For dogs with Anxiety I recommend you to bring a shirt or any clothing that smell like you it tents to calm them down while they sleep, because is familiar smell. -Medications if needed
