Ivan is so nice, great guy. I had to leave with only a few days notice and he accommodated my pup. This was my first time using Rover. While on my trip I had the site crash on me and we didn't get the payment situated until the day before we returned. We both called customer support trying to get it resolved. Appreciate his patience and help with that. Why 1 star? Well, when we picked up my pup we were told that his leash was attached to him and got caught on something and ripped in half (a pretty sturdy leash, mind you). He was nice enough to give us a replacement, but I question how hard it had to yank in order to actually tear apart and having his neck to take all of the strain. My pup came home with an eye infection and major case of fleas. He has developed a cough as well which I assumed was from the strained neck. I have spent $75 on flea medicine, since apparently the fleas here are pretty tolerant. Also, just spent another $200 at the vet where they diagnosed him with kennel cough. So antibiotics, on top of eye drops, and a spray for his fleas. Vet said kennel cough takes 1 to 2 weeks to develop after exposure and it's been about 2 weeks since we picked our pup up. Also, we weren't allowed to go in to see where my pup would be staying and sleeping. We were allowed to peek in the front door. Again, Ivan is a nice guy. I will just opt to leave my pup with someone who will not have so many dogs staying with them in order to prevent things like the leash incident. Quality v quantity is important from a sitter. Appreciate his time and care, nonetheless.

Ivan is great, he treats your dogs like family. Always takes care of them and even bathes them too.
