Luliana should not be aloud to care for anyone’s pet. She canceled last minute after multiple confirmations. Extremely disappointed with the lack of respect and professionalism. Because of this we had to change our plans last minute for something we had paid for in advance. She could not take the time to do her job but yet took the time to post a very inappropriate photo of my dog having a bowel movement. With the audacity to ask that I do not give her a bad review.
