I’m Issy a dog loving Brit who has recently moved to NYC and would love to help care for your furry friends. Growing up with dogs from an early age, a wagging tail has always been at the heart of the home. Over the years, I’ve gained experience walking and looking after dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities on Rover and for family and friends. During my time at university, I also volunteered with the Dog Walking Society, where I helped walk dogs for owners who were no longer able to. It was an incredibly rewarding experience being able to give dogs the love, attention and exercise they deserve. I offer dog walking and sitting services and will tailor my care to suit your dog's needs, whether that’s a long run around the park or a gentle stroll and some belly rubs. I always aim to care for dogs in their own home where possible. I find pups are usually happiest and most relaxed in familiar surroundings, and it allows me to stick closely to their normal routine, walks and feeding schedule. I don’t currently offer care in my own home as I am in a pet free building but looking after your pup in their space means I can give them my full attention in a calm, stress-free environment. I’m very respectful of owners’ homes and will always treat both your dog and your space as if they were my own.

Issy was so easy to deal with and communication was excellent
Issy was a great sitter for our 13 week old puppy. Issy provided great company for our puppy providing regular toilet breaks to the garden and playtime with toys. Issy was great with communication and prompt.
Issy was so great with Bruce! We came back to a calm and settled dog. Thank you so much- will be booking again!
Issy often looks after my 2 dogs (Mia, a 12 year old Labrador retriever and Zeus, a 3 year old French bulldog). Both of them adore her and get very excited whenever they see her. She is highly responsible and very loving towards them. I would not hesitate to recommend Issy to anyone looking for a reliable, kind, responsible and caring person to look after your dogs.
We have left Issy in charge of our 2 old English Sheep dogs for several days at a time. She has always taken on that responsibility making time for the dogs and walking them come rain ir shine. Issy has grown up with a dog and loves being around any dog so i would have no reservations about leaving my dog in her charge.

Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine and I currently have a flexible schedule, which means I have plenty of flexibility to look after your furry friend.

- I would love to know as much as possible about your dog so I can provide the best care for them. Things like their routine, energy levels, and any likes or dislikes are really helpful. I’d also want to know if they have any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or behavioural quirks, such as nervousness around other dogs or being wary of certain situations.
