Being persistent is a key for me. I will not give up. I will continue to push no matter what. Dogs are also one of my coping skills that keep me happy when I'm down. I will make sure the dog is also happy, well-fed and strong. I will also run with the dog more than once every day so I can also benefit from the run. No matter what is done around me i will continue to go on and never quit cause i know I'm not a quitter at all. If i want to continue in life I will then start with this. Dogs keep me happy and excited just because of their demeanor. Dogs are my best friend. <3 <3 <3 I will never give up!!!
