Pet care experience
Hello! I used to volunteer for an animal shelter before I moved to North Carolina. I have experience with all kinds of dogs--large and small, puppies and elderly pooches, the whole gambit! For the past year, I've privately hosted various dogs in my home, as well as house sat an elderly schnauzer for extended stays (two weeks or more). I decided to branch out to using Rover to be able to care for even more pups! I live in a house with two roommates, my cat, my rescue hound dog, and my roommate's miniature Australian Shepherd. With three people living in the house, there's generally always someone home during the day and night to attend to the dogs. Lavender (the hound) and Banjo (the Aussie) are VERY friendly, and they like chasing other dogs around the backyard and roughhousing inside. I hope to meet your fur family soon!

My dog appeared to have a very nice stay overnight with Isabelle. (I say "appeared to" only because she can't talk, but I have no reason to think otherwise.) Isabelle is a friendly person who loves dogs and has a fenced-in yard where dogs can play. My dog seemed to get along very well with her dog Lavender.
Isabelle has home stayed with our dog many times now. She is caring and responsible about meeting Indie's special needs as an older dog. She keeps in touch with pix and texts when we are away, sending updates, asking pertinent questions and generally letting us know all is well. We also love that Isabelle can bring her dog Lavender, as a companion for Indie, which is fun for both. And perhaps, most importantly, in addition to every day reliability, Isabelle has always responded to any special situations, such staying late or even coming back, when delayed flights, highway traffic and any of the many things that happen cause a change in plans. For all these reasons and more, we recommend her enthusiastically. She is a special person, and her thoughtfulness for our dog is much appreciated.
Isabelle is a wonderful pet-sitter. We have had Isabelle take care of Panda multiple times and every time, panda has been more than well taken care of. Panda is always excited to go to the Isabelle's house, which tells me that he is happy there and has a great time playing with her pups. I will continue to utilize Isabelle's services whenever available, and would recommend her to anyone with boarding needs.
