I grew up with having multiple dogs in my household, however, since coming to university I have been unable to have my own dog due to my schedule changing each year. For four years, owning a dog just hasn't been a realistic option because I could not provide it with the care it deserves. Rover allows me to love, care for and learn from dogs in a way that fits in with my current lifestyle and the lifestyle of many pet owners. I am in my final year of study and lead a pretty quiet life as I am often at home studying when I am not working or in class. Fresh air and exercise are very important to me and adding a dog into the mix is an absolute dream. I have previously looked after some of my neighbour's dogs for up to 3 weeks and truly enjoyed the routine of giving them attention, going for multiple walks a day and playing with them. I have two roommates (who also love dogs) who work evenings so having a dog around will provide great company! *I do not have a vehicle, however, if you live nearby I am willing to walk and come pick up or drop off the dog. Otherwise, the dog will need to be dropped off and picked up by the owner.
