Pet care experience
I grew up with animals and have always felt comfortable around all different kinds. I got my bachelor’s degree in biology then went on to work at a wildlife rehabilitation center, multiple animal shelters, a farm, and a veterinary clinic. I have a lot of experience walking more difficult dogs, taking care of senior and baby pets, and even doing some general veterinary care. I’m good with pets of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments! All animals deserve love and respectful care.

Isabelle is so good with our high energy golden retriever puppy!
Isabelle is an absolutely fantastic house sitter who clearly loves animals! She treated our pets as if they were her own and she was extremely respectful of our space, leaving it cleaner than we left it. She was also very communicative and organized, and adapted to some last-minute schedule changes with grace.
Five stars! Ozzie loved his walk and came back so tired. He loves his walks with Isabelle!

If I am chosen to take care of your babies, you can rest assured that I will love and care for them like they were my own. Lots of long walks, play time, and cuddles, but only if that is what your pet likes of course! Otherwise I’m fine just feeding them and giving them space if that is what they prefer. Every animal is different!

Let me know if your pet has any special needs or medications. Special needs includes whether they have any allergies, aggressions, or special quirks. Since I worked in a veterinary clinic and at a couple shelters, I can administer most medications and accommodate most personalities.
A typical day
I believe both physical and mental stimulation are needed to make a dog happy and healthy. I’ll play fetch, tug-of-war, chase, do long walks, and short runs. We will also work on basic commands and sniffing games. If those aren’t things your dog enjoys, I’m always down to switch it up depending on the dog’s personality, and their specific likes and dislikes!

Availability
Pet-sitting is my full-time job, therefore it receives my undivided attention. I have two dogs of my own, but my partner watches them if I am pet-sitting for someone else.
