As a kid, I used to stare for hours at a huge KISS book, memorizing every dog breed. I've met very few dogs I didn't like, and it's probably because I just didn't know them well enough! My family has always owned dogs (from terriers to Great Danes), and raising a very curly goldendoodle myself (who is now 8 but still very much a puppy) has taught me how to really listen to what a dog needs. She's extremely friendly, and has been used to help other dogs with socialization, if that is something you and your dog are interested in. I attended two summers of veterinary camp, so I know basic pet first aid and CPR, and have experience petsitting other dogs from 15-80 lbs. I'm a recent college graduate, so have a lot of availability, and am surprisingly good at making dog friendly cakes!
