Pet care experience
I am currently a college student studying wildlife management in the hopes of one day working with large carnivores. In my training, I have helped care for foxes, wolves, reptiles, birds, and other wildlife with the goal of conservation and education. At home, I have had dogs all my life that have ranged in size from small Yorkie mixes to a giant Mastiff mix. I have a soft spot in my heart for rescued and special needs animals. In my own experience, I have had rescues with special medical needs, an amputee leg, and a feral dog. I also have experience with other types of pets including cats, birds, reptiles, and other small mammals. I would love to extend my passion for animals to your furry (or not furry) friend, and I will treat them as I would my own.

Isabelle took great care of Hank and Lucy! I got updates throughout her stay. She spoiled them just like I do.
Isabelle has been wonderful helping us with our puppy. It has been most helpful that she’s been available on short notice! We own a business and have had times that keep us out longer than an ideal “puppy break” window of time, and Isabelle has saved the day.
Isabelle did such a great job with our house and dogs! The house was left very tidy, and she even thought to take the trash to the curb for pick-up. We will definitely be using her again!
Isabelle did a great job with our two dogs and three cats. I loved having someone stay with them vs. boarding the animals. Our dogs were able to stay on their normal schedule and routine and be comfortable at home while we were away. Isabelle was very responsive when I would check in with her and I completely trusted her with my fur babies! Would highly recommend to anyone! My animals were so excited when I got home and normally the cats are mad for two days and the dogs seem exhausted and out of it after boarding. Not this time.

I have no breed preferences and love dogs of all shapes and sizes. When caring for any animal, it is important to have information on their general history and behavior. Some information that may help includes: What is their energy level? What kind of training do they have? How well do they walk on a leash? What is their temperament around strangers, children, and other animals? Are there any behaviors I should keep an eye out for? Are there any toys or treats that they can't have? Do they need any special treatment or medications? Are they potty trained and/or crate trained? What kinds of things do they like or dislike? Do they have any toy or food aggression?
A typical day
If your dog would do well, I would love to take them on walks through different parks and hiking trails. I also enjoy just a simple walk around the neighborhood or fetch in the backyard. If your pet is more of a couch potato, I also love snuggles on the couch with a good movie or book.
